Proficiency in AutoCad

• Proficiency in AutoCad (required) - Have 5 years of AutoCad experience.
• Coordinates with team to meet Code and Zoning requirements - Learned about the Code and Zoning requirements when I was designing my own house for a project in a class at El Camino College..
• Ability to work well in a team environment - In college as a team we designed and constructed a design in which was very productive.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients - In presenting the project or approaching the client with ideas to find what they are looking for.
• Multi tasking ability and good judgment - Needed to design working documents in AutoCad, make a sketchbook of 100 sketches of different structures and due the same semester.
• Transform initial rough product designs into working documents using AutoCad - In high school, I drafted the professors given assignments, finished all given assignments then drew them in AutoCad. In college needed to design our own home in overlay paper and after transferred the data in AutoCad.
• Create complex drafting assignments requiring knowledge of drafting techniques - Have 8 years of experience in drafting. In high school and college experience. Drafted Orthographic projection, one point perspective, plans for houses.
